The basemnt is wet and mouldy. The wood has suffered dry rot and the drywall is poorly hiding the wet walls. Everything must be removed from the walls. We have to dry this basement out first before we go ahead. We can control dry rot by controling its enviroment. The fungas needs moisture to servive.
